Not enough credit

It’s very rare for a band from overseas to become a household name in the U.S. Granted there has been popular British bands (hence The Beatles), but one band that is continually growing with popularity is Muse.

With the albums they've made Muse has been underrated by alot of people. Muse is one of the few British bands that have almost made the transition to the states in full circle. I fell in love with their first album Showbiz. They have the complete formula to make a genuine sound of their own. Matthew Bellamy (vocals and guitar) has an obscure way of mixing his high vocals into a pure guitar riff driven song. But, he makes it work. The band has the ability to infuse electro rock, glam rock, classical and space rock (no idea what the crap that is). They've had their equal share of success with their albums Absolution and Black hole and Revelations. They're only slip up was their latest album, Resistance. It has the pure rock sound, but it sounds as though with this album they were trying to make the record company happy. Which they succeed, but it strongly disappointed me minus two songs.

One of the many songs I love by them, "Hysteria".
